Good value
Nice unit. Installed easily and did it's job well. On the negative side, it doesn't cool the sq. ft it says it does. Cools a 20x15 room well but not any bigger.For the money it's a good buy.

very good wall unit A/C
I'm extremely happy with the purchase, it fits perfect in the old sleeve and installation was very easy it only took me 30mins to put it together but the remote looks entirely different from the description it works great though and noise level is quite compared to my old whirlpool that I replaced for. but energy saver is yet to be seen later..So, highly recommended if anyone looking for a wall unit A/C.

The best replacement for my 50 year old AC
I had an old White Westing House ac that came with my apartment that was 50 years old (it's been in this apt since the complex opened apparentl), it had the 220 volt prongs that's are horizontal instead of vertical. I read the instructions and installed this myself in the wall sleeve, the kit came with everything that I needed to install this easily! (I'm a fairly handy 28 year old woman) I live in a 560sqft studio and I'm on the top floor and it cools the whole apt nicely. I like the timer for when I'm at work so that on really hot days I can leave it on for my cats!

DUH! getting it repaired.
I've owned this A/C unit for three years May 2022 to June 2025. It recently it has stopped cooling completely, Hmmm you would think it might last like 6 years for the price. Now to see if it is worth repairing, if there's a service center nearby Minneapolis, MN.

This air conditioner is great! It works perfectly, arrived in great shape, and installed easily. Before ordering it I called the Keystone customer service in Florida to be sure the plug would be the correct one for my outlet, and they were incredibly helpful and patient.They double checked to make sure it would work for me. If you are replacing an old air conditioner in an old sleeve this is the brand to go with. The instructions that come in the package explain how to install it into many different brands of existing sleeve that you may be working with.

update don't buy
got this for my wife's new she shed. Main reason I got this air conditioner was for the remote and what I read about the quietness and was satisfied with that. It cools her she shed very good in some really hot weather while we were working with the door being opened a lot. update 6/25/2023 the air conditioner quit working of course the warranty is out. finally found someone to work on it. it was faulty workmanship on a copper tubing. it cost $200 dollars to get it repaired. one thing I noticed was how bad the cabinet is rusting inside. I'm going to apply a rust coating to it but don't expect it last very long. WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN! .
