Great Saw, Great Price.
This saw is Fantastic. It has so far cut through all materials that we have thrown at it (with the proper blades of course). The tray holds about 5 gallons of water, maybe a little more. As I state below I don't use the tray to pump water from, I use a 5 gallon bucket filled with fresh water. The saw doesn't throw a lot of water around which is really nice and would keep a work site clean. The trays that attach to the saw (the side one isn't shown in the picture) keep all the water from spraying out. I would be comfortable using this saw on my hardwood floors and not worry about getting them wet. All in all, a great saw. I bought two less expensive saws and rented a third from a local rental place. All of the saws had significant blade 'wobble' when starting them and stopping them, which affected the ability to cut tile without destroying it. One of the saws I purchased actually wobbled so much (brand new) that it would trip the breaker whenever we made a cut. This saw has very little or no blade wobble. It has a powerful and capable motor, and so far I have experienced NONE of the problems listed in other reviews. Namely I have never experienced the breaker tripping issue that a lot of reviews have mentioned. This product works well and has no issues. I did take the time to read all of the directions when setting up and adjusting the saw like I do with all of my equipment. I had to adjust a few things out of the box, as should be expected with any kind of saw. This saw does have a lot of adjustment screws and knobs so it can be setup to work just right for whatever situation one might be presented with. I also like that the stand comes with this particular model. The stand is another story. It works fine, don't get me wrong, but I would like to be able to have some kind of adjustment for non level surfaces. That said, it is really good and solid stand that folds up well and is easy to carry. It does have adjustable legs so it can be raised or lowered, but they are not small enough of adjustments to account for a non level surface. The saw can also be packed up fairly well because it has storage spaces built in to the reservoir part. Speaking of which, I used a 5 gallon bucket next to the saw to keep the pump extra clean. I always do this with Wet saws, but it seems as though it would work just fine if you used the tray to pump the water through.

Well-built saw performs flawlessly, makes precise cuts
I'm a home-owner DIYer, not a professional. So, this saw is probably extreme overkill for me. But, I was unsure how quickly I could complete a tiling job in my spare time; didn't want daily rental prices to mount; and have long felt that the pain of buying good tools is felt once, versus the pain of using cheaper bad tools. Setup of the saw was fairly easy. There aren't many parts to assemble, and they fit together smoothly. This is a well-built, sturdy saw so small women may want some help in lifting and seating the saw motor onto the saw base, but most adults will find it easy enough. While the folding stand looked a little shaky, once the saw's plastic tub was seated atop the stand, and the assembled saw placed in the tub, it was solid. Albeit, if you need to move the table, there's no rollers (probably a good thing, contributing to a secure footing) so you'll essentially need to take the saw off the stand first, or lift the saw enough to be able to pull/push the stand but not so much that the tub comes off the stand and the stand folds. I wondered how well the pump -- a Little Giant pond pump, I believe -- that circulates water from the saw's tub to the blade, would perform. Quite well. No sputtering, and it never once clogged despite water that grew pretty murky from tile dust. The saw's sliding table glides very smoothly on rollers, and the rubber surface gripped tiles securely as I pushed the tile into the blade. I used the saw's included DeWalt diamond blade to cut 12x12", 3/8" thick limestone tiles. I learned quickly that if I tried to push a tile too fast through the blade, the blade would wander just a bit. But if I allowed the blade to cut at a steady pace, and not push it hard, then I got crisp, extremely clean and straight edges. I found that the splash guard at the rear of the saw did a reasonable but not perfect job in stopping spray from the back end of the saw during cuts. I would recommend against trying to use the saw in the room you're actually tiling, if at all possible. But I also don't want to make it sound like this is a messy tool to use. It's really not; the splash guard stops probably 90% of the spray off the spinning blade, so it seems a manageable issue to me. Since I'm a DIYer and parked the saw in one spot in my garage for the duration of its use, I can't speak to how convenient it would be to pack up the saw and its table between home and job sites. It's not a small nor light tool, but it does perform very well.

Good saw, bad blade
I ordered this saw for my diy bathroom/shower tiling project. At first I installed the blade that came with it - and it was chipping cheap Mohawk porcelain tile badly. Like really bad. After about 20 cuts it got a bit better, but still the results were unacceptable. I decided to order another blade - Pearl P5 mesh and it was night and day. Now my cuts at good for visible install. The manual is terrible. Just one of the worst Iโve ever seen. The photos are rare and are wrong. The description is confusing. My recommendation - place the pump into a 4-5 gallon bucket. It will keep the saw cleaner, it will pump fresh water and not muddy water. Also, when you place it down under the saw you will decrease water pressure and it will reduce mist that is spraying everywhere otherwise. The saw does zero dust but mist water to left/front and right/front. So you need to cover the area around. No mist/spray to the ceiling or to back. The blade wasnt 90ยฐ our of the box, but it took me 7 min to adjust it with a square. Another advice - use the blade that comes with it for rough jobs, like pavers and stuff. For tile buy Pearl P5. The cuts are straight. Some people complained about the saw drifting, my doesnt. It is perfect for 24x12 porcelain. You can chop, rip or do straight cut. Make sure the saw is not level left to right, but instead has slight tilt to left. It will prevent water from running over tile to the right beyond the drip tray if you cut long tile (24 tile will extend beyond the drip tray if you cut slivers). I placed pump Into 4 gallon bucket, placed bucket into big trash can to keep splashes contained when the saw is drained (it has plug in a tray). This is $1k tool and I want it to be clean not dirty and ugly.

โPowerful, Precise, and Built to Last!โ
This 10-inch heavy-duty saw with stand has been a game-changer for my workshop. It delivers clean, accurate cuts every time, and the motor has plenty of power for tough jobs. The included stand is sturdy, easy to set up, and adds great stability. Perfect for both professionals and serious DIYers. Totally worth the investment!

Absolutely great saw but heavy
If there was some way to make this saw lighter, I would give 5 stars. But this saw cuts tile like butter compared to my MK 7" saw (uses a right angel grinder for the motor source). Much quieter also. Just did a floor using 6" x 24" tiles and this saw was able to make full length cuts no problem (tile did hang over the front of the cutting sled). The best part of this saw is the water/spray containment. I used this saw in the master bedroom area adjacent to the master bathroom I was tiling and all of the water stayed in the pans, none on the floor. Only a very slight mist was emitted into the air. Because the water stays in the pan, I don't have the fill the pan back up for large jobs because all the of the water has sprayed out or is on the tile after the cut (see side drain pan in next paragraph). I also like the side pan that moves with the sled. I can put the cut pieces of tile there to drain while cut the next piece of tile. When it's time to clean up, I can just put a 5 gallon bucked under the pan and pull the plug and all the water drains into the bucket. Finally, they did a great job designing the main pan and the attachable back and side pans so that they all nest together in the main pan and latch in place. The fence extension and miter gauge all tuck into a side slot in the main pan so they are totally contained until you need them. Tool storage is always a challenge for me and being able to keep all of the loose pieces together is a huge plus. This is a great saw and costs much less than other comparable saws.

Drop dead fantastic tile saw for under $1,000.
It does exactly (and very well) what it was designed to do. Directions for assembly aren't so good. Pictures of some things in the instructions don't match what you actually get, so visual assembly is slower. It's not that difficult to assemble, but the instructions slow you down. Once you get everything together, it all makes sense and it's easy to move and assemble/disassemble. The blade that came with the unit is a DW4763. Excellent. I ordered two more spares for future, but I ordered DW4764s XP4 (supposed to last 4x longer than average blade). Today was my first day using this machine, and I cut over 20 13-inch tiles and it cut straight and fast. Why didn't I buy this years ago???? Today, I also made my own bullnose tile from the stock I was working with. I installed a MK-275 6-inch, 3/8-inch diamond radius blade without a problem. Once I got the settings where I wanted, I made 8 pieces of 13" x 3-1/4" and 8 pieces 13" x 3" bullnose in less than 10-minutes. Incredible. I will note with 6" blade, I had to move the tile forward off the pushing guide in order to complete the bullnose cut. Otherwise, the blade would strike the sled near the measuring tape. Notably, the fence/guide on a smooth sled is awesome. What a huge money/time savings in tile and convenience as I needed custom bullnose cuts. The entire saw and stand are heavy, awkward to move altogether as one and it takes up some real estate. Fully-assembled, this unit is big. Portable, yes--but not easily. I break it down into 4 trips (plastic trays, pump and sled, motor unit, and folding table. Conclusively, this is a fantastic tile saw. It performs really well: cuts repeatedly straight and clean. I'd recommend this unit to serious DIYers, professionals and contractors. It takes patience and basic mechanical skills to get everything setup, but this time together also helps you to get to know the machine including features, parameters and adjustments. Just make sure you check/confirm table is sliding smoothly (rail system) and blade is 90-degrees to table and parallel with cut channel. Once you get this dialed in, it's a pleasure to keep firing out great cuts with confidence and precision. There's PLENTY of power from this 1.5 hp motor (in fact, you'll need to wear hearing protection). Just be sure to take care not to break any of the plastic components or leave anything behind at a jobsite as moving everything altogether as one really isn't practical or wise. Put it this way, even if you could move it all by yourself, you'd never get it through even a 36" door alone. Anyway, there is potential to lose something if you're not paying attention to details, so be sure to keep track of things during moves. Great saw. I'd buy another if I needed it.

Awesome
Easy set-up. Simple to use. Great cutting ability. This is an upgrade for me, and it's a fantastic saw. Cut smooth. You move the tile on a moveable table to the saw, no dragging of your tiles on a stationary table top. Good weight, not too heavy. Table folds down and stores easily.

Impressive Quality
I'm an avid DYIer in the middle of a complete remodel of a home. I purchased this saw because I knew it would be more cost effective to buy the saw than rent for the jobs I need to finish. So far, I've completed a multi room tile floor and master shower and the saw has worked flawlessly. Cuts straight, pump works fine, sturdy. Pros: + Assembly is very simple and quick (20 minutes?) + Stand is sturdy and folds up + Saw is powerful -- Cuts very straight as long as you don't rush through the cut + Versatile: Cut angles, miter, plunge cuts with ease + Cord is plenty long + No problems with the pump Cons: + It weighs as much as car; not really -- but I wouldn't want to lug this thing around between job sites + The pump water lines aren't long enough to place a bucket of water on the floor next to the saw. The bucket needs to be stacked on top of another bucket in order for the pump to lay at the bottom of the bucket of clean water + The tray doesn't drain water perfectly. It could be my setup but I find i need to "push" the last remaining water out of the tray's plug hole when cleaning it up after use. Those are nitpicks... if you're on the fence about this you can purchase this saw with confidence. I love it.
