We purchased this mattress because we we starting to have difficulty getting up off of the Aerobed that we own. We spend time visiting our children and have to sleep on an air mattress when we do. The original Sound Asleep mattress that we bought had a slow leak snd the company immediately sent us a new one. We recently had to move in with my mother in law as she recovered from pneumonia and slept on the mattress for 31 consecutive nights. I can only say that the mattress was so comfortable that we joked about maybe sleeping on it when we returned home. There were no air leaks and we both got a great night’s sleep. I would buy another one tomorrow if we needed another mattress.

Amazing customer service. My mattress originally worked great but then got a hole about a week after my son was using it. We attempted to repair it but we were unable to because the hole was in the seam. I emailed customer service and they called me after a few minutes from the email and said a new mattress would be delivered in a few days. Casey, was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this company to everyone.

This air mattress is really comfortable and easy to set up. It held air well and worked great for guests. Unfortunately, it did develop a small hole after some use, but I contacted customer support and they replaced it very quickly with no hassle. Overall, I’m very happy with the mattress and the excellent customer service.

I loved this air mattress. Anyone that used it for a little extra sleeping room did as well. When I developed a slow leak and contacted the the SoundAsleep company they were more than helpful helping me solve the issue. The original mattress came on time and was excellent in comfort and quality. We then had a leak in the mattress that we couldn't find the source of and called the company. They immediately sent a replacement which we got right away and have been able to comfortably use this new model in much the same way. I highly recommend both the product and the company.
