This apron isn’t waterproof enough for washing dishes in an industrial kitchen, which is the reason I purchased it! The material is too thin and I was soaked through to my clothing. Maybe it’s better suited for cooking.

This apron from SHEOMERN is made of a water and grease resistant fabric. The red shade is bright, but not fire engine red. Actually multiple thin layers of fabric. They are sewn together well, with pockets at each hand and two small pockets at chest level. I for one, do not care for pockets when in the kitchen, but I know those who do. Both side pockets easily fit my hands as well as my husband's large ones. The chest pockets are short and will not hold much, perhaps a tiny notebook. The ties are incredibly long and well attached to the apron itself. A thin person could wrap them around their waist and tie them in front. A large person has enough tie to get this apron securely tied in the back. The front panel has adequate coverage for a large person. My husband has a waist of 54 inches where I measure and this apron covers him nicely and ties in back easily with tails left. I am not as large around, yet somewhat busty, and the top of the apron gives adequate coverage to protect my clothing from spatters. Use care when washing, as I don't believe that putting these in the dryer would be a good idea. Should they prove to be ruined after washing, I will amend this return. The price is very reasonable, especially for the 3 pack. In my area I could not find the appropriate fabric to male these for the same price.

I ordered these SHEOMERN 3Pc Waterproof Chef Aprons with 4 Pockets to use for painting, cooking and gardening. The material is thin and lightweight like a light rain jacket. The waist straps are thin and long so they go completely around the waist to be tied in front. I immediately noticed that one of the neck straps' fabric is sewn twisted so there's no way to un-twist it. I also noticed that every pocket has a hole in it, like from a small punch. These manufacturing hole defects are almost in the exact same spots. Worried that if I wash these the hole will fray and get bigger. Very disappointed in the quality of these aprons. If they were sewn well without holes, I would've given 5 stars.

When I opened these, I thought they were going to be very flimsy and not last long. I was wrong! A year later and they are still my go to apron and have lasted through regular washings. They are more waterproof than clothe aprons but not completely. I still prefer them for doing dishes.

This is our third day using the SHEOMERN 3 Pcs Dual Waterproof Oilproof Kitchen Chef Aprons. We have several people using them throughout the day ad evening. We first used them for baking a supply of bread for a week, we use some and gift some too. The dough can be a bit sticky a times, the different oils we use can leave our hands oil, or greasy. Neither the doughs, the various liquids we used, (broths, fruit juices, flavored waters, etc) that were spilled or wiped on these aprons have left a stain. They washed and dried welll. We also used these aprons for cooking, roasting and grilling meats. We wore them making salads, desserts, snacks. We are a large family and try to cook large batches of foods at one kitchen session. This is easier for all of us. These bright red, white with a white lineing and light weight aprons are as advertised, they repell water, other liquids, grease and are very easy to launder and keep clean. They have held up to heavy use, and look good as they day they arrived. If you cook, bake, grill and want a quality apron to protect your clothes, you will be happy and satisfied with this apron.

With my wife, a cake baker, having her own aprons, and sometimes being asked for some help and also being the family’s “Master BBQ’er” by default (I’m the oldest bloke ( 😊 ), I decided to find my own aprons. This pack of three aprons fits the bill perfectly. The number of clothes I’ve ruined with oil splashes, etc, has been growing for many years. It’s now time to stop the pile from getting bigger, with these great aprons. Not only are they large enough to cover most of my own clothing, but they are also water and oil-proof. With four pockets, fairly deep ones as well, I don’t have to put things down and lose them. Having three aprons in the pack is great news for me. One for me to start using. The second, a spare for when the first one gets soaked in something rather wet and nasty. The third… waiting to be nicked by my wife! These aprons are well designed by someone or a team who cook themselves, and understand the issues people face in front of food that has a mind of its own when being prepared to be eaten! At the time of this review, this pack of three aprons was around £19, which offers good value for money for a set of good-quality aprons. Five stars and recommended.

El paquete viene muy bien embalado, y vienen 3 delantales iguales en él. El delantal es completamente impermeable pero sin sentirse completamente plasticoso. Tiene varios bolsillos super cómodos para meter utensilios de cocina o lo que se quiera. Me gusta mucho que se puede ajustar la tira del cuello para que sea más larga o corta en función de la necesidad y luego tiene cuerdas suficientemente largas para atarlo por delante si se quiere (a mí me gusta así).

Arrived in a sturdy 'ziploc' bag. All 3 aprons were folded up and compressed. The bag wasn't too hard to open. Pulling the aprons out, you'll never get them back in as tightly as they were. There's a slight plastik-ish smell when first opening the bag but it dissipates quickly. Your nose may vary. The aprons can get most of the wrinkles from being folded up out by hanging them awhile. I haven't tried washing them as yet. The product is 3 white 'commercial style' aprons, meant to be used hard, washed as often as they stand up to it and no expectation they remain pristine. Surprisingly, the aprons have a chest pocket and *2* side pockets. Depending on how wide the user is, the side pockets are of varying use. The stitching on the pockets and straps, at least in the unit I received, were decently done. Because of the 'waterproof' claim, I was interested to see the stitch needle wasn't so big that it left huge holes through the material. The neck strap is actually adjustable, a buckle on one side. I've seen much more expensive aprons that weren't. the side straps are 'tie it up as fits' but long enough to get around most-ish size girths. The straps are a lightweight woven 'webbing' style material. The apron material has a woven fabric nap 'feel' on both sides but you can also 'feel' a vinyl-like water resistant quality to it in the 'middle'. It still has more 'drape' than a purely vinyl/plastic apron. Upshot: these are purely practical work aprons. Depending on what splatter hits them in use, they're fabric-ish enough to become stained even after washing. I wouldn't use bleach on them and I'd hang them to dry. You can wipe your hands on them. They haz *pockets*. They should provide enough anti-wet protection without squeaking/crackling. Seem to work as purposed.

Devo dire che di primo acchito ero un po' scettica su questo prodotto. All'apertura, come un po' tutte le cose nuove, ha un odore un po' strano, di prodotti chimici, anche se lieve e svanisce subito e soprattutto mi sembrava un po' troppo leggero rispetto ai grembiuli a cui sono abituata. Dalla parte interna, quella a contatto coi vestiti, come vedete dalla foro si vede anche un po' in trasparenza la mia mano (dalla parte esterno no). Cosa che peró puó essere sicuramente un vantaggio invece soprattuto in ambienti caldi come cucine professionali e a contatto prolungato con fornelli e fonti di calore. Appunto assai leggero e decisamente come promette impermeabile. Ho fatto un test infatti con l'acqua che vedete nel video e le gocce non vengono assorbite, ma il liquido invece scivola sul tessuto e molto velocemente senza aderire minimamente. Presumo quindi anche che lo renda piú facile da smacchiare e anche senza rischio di scottarsi con liquidi bollenti (cosa che invece mi era successa anni fa con acqua bollente, con cui mi ustionai non poco il petto), ma spero di non dover mai testare di nuovo questa evenienza.. Se invece si gira dall'interno la superficie risulta parzialmente permeabile, anche se l'assorbimento non é cosí veloce, il che appunto permette di lavarli. Il laccio per il collo é regolabile con un cinturino di plastica, quello in vita molto lungo permette di fare il giro completo per l'allacciatura davanti anche per chi é un po' piú robusto e quindi non ha un girovita stretto. Ho trovaro soprattutto molto comode le varie tasche sia di lato che sul petto che permettono di avere con se piccoli oggetti, penne, fogli o magari per chi ne fa un uso casalingo come me il cellulare da cui spesso controllo le ricette, ma non amo tenerlo sul piano di lavoro (o rischio di dimenticarlo in giro ovunque senza tasche)
