But you need to make sure there’s enough chocolate on the sides of the molds; or your chocolate will crack. I’m used to working with silicone molds; so this was different. What I did learn is to take notes, temper my chocolate properly and have fun. If your chocolate cracks, you can overlay another layer of chocolate to seal the flaws! Love these molds.
