This is an awesome spice pack. I purchased it in January 2025 and the best by date is 9/30/2026. These are not ground spices so if that is what you need this is not it. I used one 4 ounce pack for corned beef. When it way done I brushed off all the spice pieces that hadn't broke down. It had a great flavor (but I also add my own spices too)

After several local trips looking for spices for a corned beef …. This hits the jackpot! I will use again on a roast. Great spice, quick delivery, aroma wonderful. Win-win! I did put in a jar as I feel it will stay fresher that way.

Its a great Cornned Venison/ Pastrami season. But I have ordered two packages and one had Red Peppers and the other didnt. So I do question the blend within each bag.

A great mixture of spices for pickling. Made eggs and beets last week with this. First try at pickling. Very delicious!!!
