Delicious. Beautiful purple color. It was perfect for my Black Sabbath cake for viewing the live stream of the final show. I added different sprinkles. I usually make my own frosting because I think it’s better, but this was great! It spread easily and I was able to make it as thick as I wanted. Great quality, great consistency and texture. Very easy to use. The quality you expect from this company!

Purchased because of purple being my favorite color and February being my birthday month. Purchased to make a purple velvet cake for work goodie day. It is perfect! It matches the food coloring used for the cake and it is super fun. It tastes great, too. Has a nice vanilla flavor--not fake tasting as some can be. Covered the cake well. Yum!!
