This product may or may not work- I haven’t had it long enough to say for sure- but the “warranty” does not exist. I bought this less than 2 months ago and roller 3 is falling apart. I spoke to someone from wellbox .com and he said it looked like something had chewed on it? I used it exactly as directed but it started falling apart the first time I tried to clean it and has just deteriorated since then. The crude customer service person tells me I can order a new one for $450 so there is that... I have a strong suspicion that any issue you have with the product will be attributed to your misuse of it and there really is no warranty. Just kind of shady

Would give NO stars if I could. Overly priced junk. I gave this over a year before trying to write a review. Naturally, the link was mysteriously gone when I tried to access it through my order. So I searched for this manually and found the same product from the same seller. Save your money!!!! It’s very loud, hardly any suction, and then doesn’t even work. A shame to have wasted so much to get absolutely nothing in return.

Paid $1500 for mine and have had nothing but negative results. The suction/roller device pinched and scabs up my face. I feel really duped. Contacted Wellbox and they offered no help at all.
