Just got this. But it doesn't seem to come with the 2nd piece (the insert). Is that how this product is? Is this just a one piece modular plug?

This is a once piece modular plug. All you have to do is put the pairs in the correct configuration, and crimp to terminate the cable. So, in other words it has no insert. I hope this helps. If you have more questions feel free to ask.

Do these have the inserts? Please for all that is holy say that they don't.

There are no inserts. All you have to do is get the cable wires cut flat and in order, then put them in the connector and crimp. Nothing else to it. No other tools required.

Which inserts should I buy for this? I'm a novice with cable building but just have too much trouble trying to keep the wires in the correct order.

この製品は悪くはないです作ったケーブルは全部使えました。あたりまですがケーブルの噛み具合もまずまずでしっかり固定できています。ただ。。。ケーブルロードバー付きの買えばよかった、このタイプのケーブルは差し込むのが面倒くさかった。いやこの製品には問題ないです単なる選択ミス。

lan コネクタ自体には全く問題なし。ただ、リピートした今回のパッケージのNew package は現場では使えない。

CAT.6のケーブルにCAT.５eのコネクターで接線。もともと、100Mbpsしか速度が出ないので、コネクターに問題が有るかと思って買ったが調べてみたら、T568AとT568Bの結線方法が有る事が分かり、不思議なんですがストレートですが、間違えて、ねじり線を順番通りに繋いでいて、ネットの色順番で繋いで解決。でも、なぜ、緑の線と青の線の繋ぎ方が変わるだけで、100Mbpsと1000Mbpsが変わるのか橙白・橙・緑白・青・青白・緑・茶白・茶の順番にしないと1000Mbpsにならないのか誰か、理由を知っている人が居たら、教えてください。ストレートはストレートでも、色順番が違うだけで変わるのが、意味不明です。コネクターは、普通に結線できたので、問題無しです。

Comes in a lovely packet, they are A class quality. Just made some cables, for the virgin media box and ps5 super fast, thought it would max out at 100mb but went upto 500 plus (max net speed i have)
