Wide velcro belt and good size pad.
The wide velcro belt makes this easy to use. The ice pack is nice and large covering most of my but. I would like it to last a longer time but to be fair, it lasts as long as ice in a towel and is MUCH more comfortable. I've actually forgotten I have it on. I may buy a second if I need more icing than it provides in 30+ minutes.
