Can never get the scents to sit right in the device but it still works and I don’t notice leaks just the tip will get bent sometimes

These do not fit my bbw plug ins which they claim to fit. Instead of the screw in base that it is supposed to have, it looks more like it goes to refills that clip in. The plastic looks just a little cheap. These are completely unusable. I tried about twenty times to get this to fit, and it is impossible. I tried to the point of frustration, and feel this product is a waste of money. The inability to insert a refill renders this product fully nonfunctional. I have other replacement plug ins that actually work and fit the refills. These do not come with nightlight and scent control, and I can't test it out to see if they actually diffuse scent since they didn't fit. If you try to push it in really hard, it will still barely hold the refill, and if you tug on it just a little, it easily pops out. This makes it very unsafe and it may leak the oil and possibly ruin your floors or any nearby furniture. They do have a cute floral design on the top part, and the plug part rotates easily and smoothly to fit your outlet, however that features are useless when you can't put a refill in it. This doesn't come with any scent refills, however they should include some that will fit since they don't fit the ones they are supposed to. I would not recommend this product, nor would I purchase it again. Anyone looking to use these with bbw refills should avoid these.

I have Bath and Body Works Wallflowers in several rooms of my home. A couple of them are a little old and gunky from the oil. When I read this was compatible with Bath and Body Works I thought this is going to be great, but it was NOT great. The bottle was very hard to screw into the diffuser properly. The first few times I tried it just fell out. Tried on all four diffusers and even if I thought it was in place the slightest pull on the bottle and it came out. After about five minutes and raising the plastic seal on the bottle a bit, I finally got the bottle to stay in. I really don’t know how secure it is because I didn’t want to pull on it too hard. The place on their diffuser where you screw in the bottle is different on the ones I received than is pictured in their advertisement. Hmm? I did plug it in and it did warm up and diffuse the scent so I’ll give it one star for that. But this was an annoying and frustrating experience. I will never purchase these in the future.
