This stuff actually works — I was skeptical, never had heard of anything like this before, but it truly did protect my son and me from the sun. I still apply a little sunscreen on sensitive areas, but in spots where I usually fade to lobster red, I skipped sunscreen and stayed safe. We tried it by mixing it with 8 oz of water, and it performed well — no burns. The flavor is surprisingly good, too — kind of like strawberry Kool-Aid. My son absolutely loves the taste and willingly drinks it. It’s rare to find something that lives up to the claims, but this does.

**SETU Skin Protect – Drinkable Sunscreen Concept That Needs More Than One Sip to Convince** SETU’s Skin Protect supplement is part of the **“beauty-from-within” wave**, promising UV defense and skin support through a daily drink. But as you found, **one packet doesn’t tell the full story** — especially when the taste is borderline and the use case (UV protection) depends on consistent outdoor exposure. --- 🥤 **Taste & Texture** - Flavor is polarizing — some find it fruity and refreshing, others need multiple tries to adjust - Texture is smooth, but can feel slightly syrupy depending on dilution - Best chilled or mixed with water — straight from the packet may be too intense for some 🌞 **Function & Use Case** - Marketed as a **“drinkable sunscreen”**, but it’s more of a **UV-support supplement** — not a replacement for topical SPF - Works best with **daily use and regular sun exposure** — hard to gauge effectiveness if you’re mostly indoors - Contains antioxidants and plant-based compounds aimed at reducing sun damage and improving skin resilience over time 📦 **Packaging & Routine** - Single-use packets are convenient, but **one dose isn’t enough to evaluate results or build a habit** - No strong sensory cues to remind you to take it — unlike topical sunscreen, it’s easy to forget unless you build it into your morning routine - Works better as part of a broader skincare or wellness stack 💬 **Final Takeaway** SETU Skin Protect is **a concept that needs commitment** — both in taste testing and routine building. If you’re curious about its long-term benefits, a multi-pack and consistent outdoor use are essential. One packet won’t tell you much, and without sun exposure, it’s easy to forget why you’re drinking it.

In my opinion, this is an extra safeguard. The flavor is fine and it’s an easy supplement to add to your routine. I still use sunblock, however, so I don’t know of this actually makes a difference in sun protection.

I tried one packet and added it to my drink, for 40$ it is really expensive and for a glass of water you will need multiple packets (1-4). I do not recommend this in terms of price and flavor but it is too soon to tell whether this actually helps and works for the skin protection. Overall I do not recommend.

I recently started using SETU Skin Protect – Drinkable Beauty Supplement (30 sachets, strawberry), and I’m impressed by the ingredient quality and how easy it is to use. The 500mg glutathione and the plant-based NutroxSun blend (rosemary + grapefruit extracts) make it feel like a well-thought-out formula for skincare support. NutroxSun is known for its antioxidant activity and was shown in clinical studies to help reduce skin’s oxidative stress and inflammation under UV exposure. The strawberry flavor is pleasant and dissolves well in water, which makes taking it daily not a chore. Since I just started, I haven’t noticed any visible changes yet—it may take time. Still, I like the idea of a drinkable supplement that combines multiple skin-friendly actives. Overall, it seems promising for supporting skin health, especially if taken consistently.
