Would definitely recommend
Great quality and easy to apply. Doubled up on my classic truck and helped with quieting down the cab and keeps the e exhaust drone down. Heat retention is great!

works great.
I've installed this in several cars and trucks over the past 5 years and have had 0 issues with it. easy to install, peels off easy, easy to cut with a razor blade\ box cutter. in my personal 51 ford, i installed in on the inside of the roof. it has held up for several years in the NC heat during the summer. no sag or releasing at all. it dampened the cabin noise greatly and is especially noticeable in the doors and truck lid. great price.

Great for cars and random rattly stuff
This is for anyone trying to kill vibration and ringing in thin metal or panels, car doors and panels, desk legs, cabinets, or anything near speakers that resonates. Not for people expecting acoustic absorption or “soundproofing” in the room. Pros • The 80 mil (2mm) thickness actually damps ringing. It fixed a nasty metal resonance in my desk. • Easy to apply on problem areas. I wrapped the legs and a few exposed metal surfaces and the ring stopped. • Versatile. Works for cars and other vibration issues like hi-fi cabinets or glassy setups near speakers. Cons None from my use. Verdict Would I buy it again? Yes. It solved a specific resonance problem fast and made the space calmer.

Works
This stuff works. Noticeable decrease in sound deading and rattling of metal and plastic surfaces when use. Some issue with ahesion in the engine bay likely due to gravity and heat but otherwise great material. Recommended and loads better than dynamat.

AMAZING PRODUCT.
2017 Subaru WRX STI. This stuff is flat out amazing and hard to describe the difference it makes for not just music but also plain daily commute. I did about every inch inside door, sealed the door and used the trim to cover the panel-back. One box got me HEAVY coverage on 3 doors but NO QUESTION ordered another because this stuff is definitely going on rear dash, trunk, and may do whole floor pan. Tips: BUY A ROLLER SET. Also throw a clear sheet of (garbage bag) plastic on your door, sharpie around it then trace on cardboard and cut out. Do one front and one back and BOOM, you just made your pattern for the other side too and saved yourself hours. Don’t try and do a panel without a pattern, much easier to have it, and throw it on there and stick it down done. This stuff is not a quick project, but if you are considering, you know what you are getting into and WELL worth the effort. I did one side of the car and left the stereo stock and tested it against the other with none and will tell you it made the stereo(HK Premium) sound just about good enough to consider leaving. The side with the Siless was just crazy quiet and music was clean and tight like never before. It was louder than the other and you could “feel” the music coming from that side of the car. In all EXTREMELY impressed with the product. Very mild smell when working with it, but none in the car now that down and that is in CA heat.

Excellent sound deadening and looks great.
This is really easy to install and looks great in my 65 Mustang trunk because I didn't want the expensive stuff with the logos. It's simple to measure thanks to the lines on backing and rolls out pretty smooth. Some people mentioned an odor but I didn't notice it but it will a bit soft if you work in the heat and some it will stick to your hands. After the trunk I have quite a bit left over for the interior floor pans as well. It's just as heavy and sound deadening as the silver type from Russia which I have and can't get anymore.

Nice Quality
I'm restoring an old car and I fabricated new floors for it, and throught I'll go the extra mike and add soundproofing under the carpet since the original floors had it from the factory. This product is fairly messy to cut as the butyl rubber is like goo and ends up on your blade or shears. Definitely wear gloves and have paint thinner and rags for clean up handly. I also bought a roller to help with the install. The results are what I was looking for - consistent thickness, no question about it sticking to the floor and firewall. One more thing done.

Very sticky and works well.

Used a few boxes of this stuff plus the foam sound deadener on top of this stuff and it’s insane the difference it makes. Did the roof, pillars, doors, floor and back cab panel on an 09 Ram diesel and you can hear your breath inside the cab after all the sound deadening. Sticks very well once you apply it and use a roller, very sticky on warmer days so I applied in the am when it was cooler out. Highly recommended

I used this to line the trunk of my miata, it was super easy to work with and seems to have good adhesion (time will tell) so far. I love that it is black so it doesn't appear like you have lined your vehicle in tin foil. Will definitely use again.

Just as good as more expensive brands. I installed when weather was hot and used the roller to make sure it was good. I cleaned the surface with alcohol first. Went to install new speakers a year later and looks like i just did it. Perfect.
