GL Frother- Black

I have it three monts now. It is a good milk frother. Good quality. I think the second option gives the best result. It is easy to clean and durable.

Worked for 6 months, but never got the milk hot enough for my liking. At around the 6 month mark, it would occasionally not work while sitting on the base so you would have to pick it up and set it back down. This continued to happen until a year of owning it when it stopped working all together. This product is way too expensive to last only a year. I bought it because it was supposed to be nontoxic, however, the black piece that froths the milk is plastic.

I love the color and is super easy to use and clean, makes a lot foam which we love, the only thing is that I feel like it doesn’t warm up the milk enough.

Pros: *Other machines use a frothing whisk with a silver ring(?) that keeps sliding off during washing. This one has a simple, fixed whisk, making it much easier to clean. *I got it during an Amazon deal, so the price was fantastic. * It produces rich, creamy foam. Cons: *The capacity isn’t quite enough for me, but I just use it twice to make a latte. *Someone mentioned that the whisk is plastic and may be harmful to health, which is a valid point. However, other frothers also have a plastic part on the frothing whisk, and the device doesn’t create very high temperatures, so the plastic material doesn’t bother me. Overall, it performs well for the price, so I’m satisfied with my purchase.

I love this frother. It creates warm, creamy foam in two different settings (dense & light), and also has a milk warming and cold foam option. I have been mixing cinnamon and almond milk it for homemade lattes and it creates the perfect milk texture. Super easy to clean as well!
