感謝することや、お願いの内容について感謝を先に込めて書き、ザ・シークレットを実現しようとするノート。 簡単な解説などが平易な英語で掲載されています。 見た目もオシャレなノートで、紙質も良い物です。 ただ、（ノートとしては良い出来ですが）この趣旨であれば特別なノートは必要ないだろうし、解説もさほど特別なことはありません。強い期待の元で買う物ではないでしょう。 ノートの見た目に満足するだけのもの、としたら書きすぎかも知れませんが、人によってはこの値段は高いと感じるかも知れません。似たようなノートであれば、大型文具店等でも入手可能ですしね。
