I have ordered from this company before. When item arrived it was damaged I immediately took pictures and contacted the seller who offered refund or replacement I didn’t want either I just said partial refund which they did instantly. So I still had my favourite product no hassle and the sellers were very helpful

Holy grail of purple shampoo
My hair was super yellow, I washed my hair with this tonight following it with herbal essence rose hip conditioner, and it made such a difference! It is nice and icy again. The bad reviews im seeing have to be due to the user not having light enough hair. This isn’t a dye, it neutralizes the yellow pigments but it won’t give you platinum or icy tones if you aren’t light enough

I always used Shimmer Lights because I liked the thick consistency but hated the smell. I am so glad I found this. It smells great and is thick and very purple. It works great on my hair, leaving it toned and soft. The smell is great but not overpowering and most of my conditioners mesh well / cover it up anyway.
