Came in good time, well packaged, inside a sturdy cardboard box. Inside the box, the product was housed in a firm foam to stop it from rattling about. The 2 glass bottles are just the right size for hand wash and hand lotion. The glass of each bottle has a quality, matt, bright white appearance. The bottom of each bottle has ridges to prevent it from sliding. The silver tops of both bottles have a good, shiny, quality appearance. The little tray both bottles sit on, is ceramic and had a slightly scuffed base that prevents it from sliding. The blue plastic pourer is functional and prevents liquids going everywhere when you fill them. Overall the appearance is really good. Functionality is also good. This product is well worth the money. Would be ideal as a gift. Would definitely recommend.

I really love these. I don't know if it advertised it online, but it comes as just the glass bottle and then stickers which you apply on to the bottle for the letters. It had a grey tone text and a gold toned text option. I recommend reading the instructions :) (which I didn't do at first, hence you can see the word ''lotion'' is looking a bit wonky - that's not how it arrived, that's because I didn't read the instructions.) When I realised that you have to stick them on yourself, I was aprehensive that it wouldn't look perfect, but they're easy to apply and look great. Good quality materials. Looks like it will last well.

Lovely sized bottles with white tray. Have them in my kitchen as it’s white a pale grey. They do have the stickers to choose from depending on what you fill them with. Little tricky to get the letters to stick on the bottles but apart from that lovely lux way to dress your rooms.

Nice sturdy bottles, but oh my goodness I could not get the labels to work at all. I gave up and the labels went to their new home in the bin

Extremely poor quality – not fit for purpose This product is both overpriced and ineffective. The stickers will not adhere to glass, regardless of how carefully they are applied, and consistently lift and curl away within minutes. When handled, they tear with the lightest touch, making them completely unusable. For the cost, the quality is exceptionally poor. A very disappointing purchase and not recommended.

Love this. Very classy and comes with labels that looks chic.

So aesthetically it is perfect! But the pump to get the soap out is not great hardly any comes out of the nozzle so basically it was a waste of money - won’t be buying again
