The taste is delicious. First time I looked forward to taking a supplement! I haven’t had my blood test yet to see if it helped my cholesterol. I’ll let you know!

*Bought a 6-pack and a 3-pack together. *Took as directed two ounces twice a day (for high cholesterol) for a month and then two ounces once a day till the end. *Taste is good, refrigerated. *Afterwards, had blood tests (CBC, Lipid Panel) and results did not improve, to my surprise. *Very expensive proposition for zero improvement results. *I am saddened for the expense and hype of this product. *Unfortunately, will not buy again.

Bought once, did not buy again. Overall I'm giving this a 3 star review because it tastes okay (like spicy juice), seems to be a good quality of ingredients and the packaging is great and durable. I cannot speak to the effectiveness as I did not recheck my cholesterol levels while using the product. I didn't notice any other benefits. If you're going to pay the hefty price tag for this product regularly, I'd recommend also monitoring cholesterol before starting and checking while using to determine if it's effective for you, otherwise you're just buying the hype the company is selling.

I enjoy drinking this product and after the first day of using it I felt way better ! Well see how I feel after a month of using it . Ill give an update

Love Dose… I’m going to the doctor at the end of the year to see if this truly has affected my cholesterol in a positive way.
