I buy a lot of magnets. My wife says I even overdo it too many magnets. What I can say about these is for the money. They are very strong. Not strong enough to go through fabrics but it fully exposed they can hold a lot of weight. If you use 3M adhesive strips, you can lay multiplet side-by-side for a no mess solution, they can hold a ton of weight

Wow, these little bar magnets are REALLY STRONG for their size! Watch out for your fingers when you take them out of their small plastic storage case and separate them. And good luck getting them apart if you accidentally get them too close to each other. I super glued three to the back of a white board and the board now sticks to the metal door perfectly; it slipped a little with just two magnets.

These are incredible magnets. I put one on the bench and accidentally brought 10 of the magnets near it. The one magnet leapt through the air and shattered. Take care, especially around children, you will pinch your fingers!

Definitely strong magnets. I have a new engine that I'm going thru the break-in process with. Being my first new engine, I want to give it the proper break-in & keep the oil clean of contaminants. Especially, as many of the new engine parts that normally wear are metal. So, I'm putting a few of these magnets together in a spot on the oil filter. Hopefully the oil filter in conjunction with the magnets will trap the metal materials in the oil & keep them from passing back into the engine. These magnets are strong & should help.

These are very strong magnets and hold very well. The adhesive holds well too.

The magnets are decent but the double-sided adhesive doesn't hold well at all. A set of calipers was enough to have it sagging off and pealing away after only a day.
