Great tasting b complex and has multiple forms. Does work, and fairly quickly. Only complaint is that my dropper doesn't work right, it only pulls three-quarters of a dose, and doesn't like to empty fully. Might just be a one off defect, I did reorder, so we'll see if new bottle has same problem. Just sad I can't find anything equivalent made in the US that doesn't have one of my allergens as an ingredient.

Good taste. Easier to take than pills. No side effects. They don't give me the extra energy I wanted but sometimes you can't tell until you quit taking a vitamin.

I have the MTHFR gene mutation, so when I started taking methylated B-complex (at age 47), it blew me away with the results. Truly life-changing. I started with a different brand, but the mental and physical experience was very frenetic. My research concluded that more specific B vitamins would smooth the process, so I switched to this brand that has them, and my experience has been so smooth, I’d hardly notice a difference from who I’ve always been — except for all the amazing benefits of methylated B-vitamins! I feel like I was a motorhome my whole life, and now I’m a sports car. I’m almost 50, and I’m hardly recognizable to myself in important ways (I process things so fast, am regulated, have impressive energy, can keep up with or maybe even outrun life’s responsibilities). I highly recommend trying methylated B-Complex (especially if you know you have the MTHFR gene mutation), but I ESPECIALLY recommend this brand.

Great amount in this bottle. Only needed once per day. Smell-like a string multivitamin or prenatal vitamin so if you’re sensitive to smell, don’t buy this. Taste-too sweet like artificial berries. It’s very thick which I can tolerate. Or you can add it to juice but you can still smell it. Value as compared to like products is good. Others were $30+ Absorption- pretty high. If you can smell it I. Your body’s removal system AKA, then it’s absorbing. I have not seen any skin improvements so 🤷🏽‍♀️ This is a personal decision. I do hope this review helps.
