Take 3 in the morning as well as vit a, B12, vit c along with this product. Works well for me. Another cheaper brand did not work well for my stomach but this product is perfect for me and I find it safe and helpful for neuropathy and body and joint pain. I wish I had found this regiment earlier. Little or no alcohol intake while building this up in the system really helps. If you drink a lot, stop that and eat healthy get lots of vitamins and minerals. This product can help pain and I don’t even take evening dose.

It took it a couple days to kick in, but eventually took the pain away. I have since weened my self down to 2 a day, and then ultimately 1 a day. I figured l would stop taking it completely, but the pain came back. It took a couple days of taking the pills again, to get it to go away again. I highly recommend it.
