Great berberine supplement. I take this along with my metformin. It helps boost my metformin and make it work better. It has made it so that I can use less metformin then I would have to use otherwise. I went from 1000 mg twice daily to 500 mg twice daily. As long as I take it with my metformin I have better control. When I’ve missed is when I have higher blood sugar levels.

I purchased this for my husband. He was diagnosed prediabetic with a 5.8 A1c. Doctor wanted to put in metformin. As a diabetic so said no. Let him use my Dexcom to monitor and he has taken 3 pills daily for past couple weeks. His average was coming up at 138 now it’s 120. Right now he hate a well balanced meal and he is sitting on 105. We adjusted his food prior to this and sugars were still high. Made no sense but now trending down. I have no issue with this supplement. Been taking for six months. Done nothing else to lower my A1C and fasting glucose. Didn’t review because I didn’t have blood work done to prove efficacy. Finally had blood work done two weeks ago. Fasting sugar dropped from 144 (high😳) down to 120. A1C dropped from 7.0 to 6.5. I am convinced that this product works. My numbers show that I need to continue to take this Berberine, and I will. Doctor was pleased. For once, I didn’t get his lecture. He thought the A1C drop was a good significant improvement. Still have a ways to go. 👏🏼

I like that the price is reasonable for the 240 veggie capsules. I'm consistently taking the supplements daily. They are easy to swallow capsules. It should be noted to swallow the capsules before they dissolve in your mouth, or it will leave an uneasy taste. I feel noticeable effectiveness of energy. I have not experienced any side effects since starting the capsules on June 5, 2026.

Dropped my A1C from 9.4 to 7.7 in 6 weeks taking 3 pills per day. I wasn't trying to eat healthy during that time either.

My blood sugar has dropped substantially. I’m hoping my HDL will improve and will get blood work. Need to monitor your blood sugars. Had a low sugar at 1 am. May have to adjust insulin No side effects or stomach issues. Really impressed. Price is reasonable
