I want to give an honest review based on my individual results. I had a total upheavil at 44 my body seemed to have hormone imbalance. I felt horrible sluggish bloated beyond words no energy retaining fluid and my periods were shortened to 25-26 days. I wasnt ready for the hrt route even as bad as i was feeling. i just wanted to find another natural remedy if there was one. After reading up i tried this. I suspected estrogen dominance based on my symptoms. I have faithfully used this for about a month or so and WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I feel back to my old self. The bloat is gone, my energy has increased and its even helped my skin. Its so soft and moisturized. I use it on my face at night. I am absolutely hands down continuing to use. For the first time in over a year my cycle returned back to 28 days as it had been most of my life. If your on the fence please for just a small amount of money, this can seriously change your well being. I was MISERABLE. And so so glad at the results ive seen. Stay consistent and give it a few weeks. You will be glad.

It's hard to gauge if this is balancing me or not as I've only been using it for 2 weeks. I will say that it's a lovely cream that smells absolutely amazing. I will start by saying that I got my blood work done a few months ago and was told that I'm estrogen dominant, this was also right around the time I was skipping quite a few months of my cycle and hot flashes had stopped, the fact that I am now starting to get hotter at night is a slight indication to me that this product is working though because hot flashes are an indication of dropping estrogen levels.

I was having night sweats and waking up every 30 minutes sweaty and stressed out (each wake-up is a reminder I’m not asleep which gives me anxiety; I’m a super busy person and need to sleep at least 2 hours in a row sometimes). I keep a spare nightshirt and dry soft washcloth next to me at night. I was literally soaking my washcloth (so gross omg) and changing my shirt, sometimes even twice. I would wake up in the morning and burst into tears due to the terrible night. I’m an herbalist and I know I need more than I am doing. I know wild yam really really helps so I started looking for a cream to buy. I read a bunch of reviews on Amazon and on the rest of the internet. I decide to try. The first night I had only 2 hot flashes and did not change my shirt! Since the first night, I have barely changed my shirt at night, I’m sleeping a few hours in a row, my stress level has gone down a lot because I’m actually sleeping again, my night sweats aren’t as sweaty, and I’m not experiencing night sweats every single night anymore!! I’m 3 1/2 weeks into this cream. I am using almost a teaspoon twice daily. I have gone through a little over half of the jar. At this point, I’m willing to pay for a jar of this every month. This is the first menopause specific herbal supplement I have started using. I feel more like myself and I feel like I’m getting my life back. It’s helping me so much.

I will update this review once I start noticing the changes. This product arrived in perfect condition, well wrapped for shipping in this extreme heat. Arrived when promised. Pleasant scent & texture. I appreciate balms that have a rich texture & this one has it! It is moisturizing & the skin absorbs it quickly. Instructions were precise, easy to use & apply.

Amazing stuff! Is helping me feel as normal as possible after stopping my hormonal bc! I switch areas of application & don’t take during my period week. It’s helping with hot cold, mood & relaxation. It has a very earthy peppery smell but I don’t mind it anymore. Just take a little getting used to. Love the benefits. It’s been saving me the last couple weeks. Great quality! Nice glass container too! Worth the price, you don’t need much at all & it will last me awhile even the small jar. Sinks in quite easily. Is a tad greasy so let it soak in before putting clothing on or it will stain.

I don't want to give it 1 star, because everyone is different and has different side effects. Unfortunately for me, this cream made me SUPER dizzy, to the point I almost blacked out and was stumbling. I googled the ingredients and black cohosh can have that effect (lower your blood pressure), etc. Otherwise, it smells wonderful and was easy to apply! Not greasy at all, felt really great and I feel you get a lot of product for the price. You only need 1/2 a tsp for both wrists. It helped me fall asleep, but I couldn't stay asleep. Je viens de commencer a l'utiliser j'aime la texture j'adore l'odeur. J'aime aussi le fait qu'il y a de Actée à grappes noires et du vitex a suivre pour les résultats. A oui ça en prend vraiment pas beaucoup il m'en reste sur les mains et je l'applique sur mon visage. Ça va sûrement durer longtemps Le prix en vaut la peine

I like the feel of this on my skin. A very little goes a long way. Not sure what the heck its doing or supposed to do, but it does make my face feel like the moisture is locked in and my skin feels nourished. A bit greasy but that's the moisture lock I'm guessing. I like it as an overnight cream.
