This steel backer plate measures 2.6 inches (65mm) square and features tapped holes in the 4-Hole AMPS pattern. The AMPS mount pattern consists of four holes located in a rectangular pattern spaced at 30.17mm by 38.05mm (measured as the center-to-center distance between holes). Compatible with all AMPS plate Patterns. Screws and washers are included. Review: No threads in the plate - I was disappointed that the holes are drilled, but are not tapped. Instead of tapping the holes, they supply Nylok nuts with the washers and screws. I was going to rate three stars because of this, but when I went back to read the description, it doesn't say the holes are threaded, and it shows that they supply nuts. So even though it wasn't what I wanted and thought I ordered, they supply what is in the description. I am mounting this to the backside of my center dashboard, so I used Gorilla glue to secure it in place, then used JB-Weld to secure the nuts to the plate. That way, if I remove the screws to replace the AMPS mount, I don't need to disassemble the dash again.
