Great hard wire kit. This was my first time installing a dash cam (I bought the Q7 Dual 4K Dash Cam, which I am very impressed with so far). It was important for me to have surveillance when the car is parked in parking lots or over night on the street. Additionally, I didn’t like the idea of using the cigarette outlet and with a cable dangling constantly dangling around. Thus, the hard wire kit was the way to go to have a reliable and subtle installation. The kit came with a little instructional manual and a link to a YouTube video. The instructions are very detailed, clear and easy to follow for someone who has never done an installation before and outline the few things you have to pay attention to for a proper install. Initially, I was worried that the kit wouldn’t fit for the fuse box of my car, but luckily since there is 4 different types of fuse cables and fuses included, one type fit my Hyundai Elantra perfectly. I was able to completely hide the wires behind the interior trim and only about 3 inches of cable are visible to connect to the camera. Everything works great and I am very happy with my purchase of the dash cam and the hard wire kit.

it wasnt what i expected.i expected the camera to be all wi-fi, so yes i am disappointed.

Hard Wiring my IIWEY N5 Model, Multi-Channel Dash Cam, provides extra security features which I like. Everything you need to install this Dash Cam in multiple makes/models of vehicles is included in this kit, including a Sturdy Tool for tucking the wires behind the interior trim/mouldings etc. The Price is Right and the Quality is Excellent.
