Didn't work out the box
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Got the item and it doesn't work out of the box. Both modes have no operation cable mode device doesn't run. Battery mode same thing. Also the required batteries barely fit into the device. You literally have to smack the device multiple times to get the batteries back out.

Pre-used Junk
When I bought this I thought it would be an "ok" little machine, good for a quick fix. After all it was cheap. We'll, I'm pretty sure the one I received had been returned before, based on the brown (coffee?) stains at the battery door and the fact it was already threaded with a piece of fabric attached. But still I thought I'd give it a try. The photo in the instructions don't match the machine, but threading it was still easy. No matter what combination I used, this did not work off battery power. And when I cut the thread to remove the fabric that was attached, there was no way too remove the thread in the bottom of the machine. Overall, I received a piece of pre-used junk. If you get a new, unused one it might work for small projects. Mine will be going out with the trash.

Cord too short. Instructions minimal, not OK
Cord is too short. I do not like working with an extension cord in my way. Would not buy this again. Instructions minimal. Runs good with both batteries and electrical power. Works ok but felt it was irritating to use because of the short cord. Instructions pitiful!

Didn’t work for me
Not sure if it was this specific unit or just my inexperience…but this was a flop! I couldn’t keep the needle threaded no matter what I tried

decent, for small fabric repairs
It definitely gets the job done, if you're in a pinch, BUT it easily gets the thread tangled if you are not moving across fabric at just the right speed. Good for small fabric repair, but wouldn't use to sew anything longer than a few inches at the risk of ripping the fabric with entanglement.

Don’t hold a charge
Was not actually wireless. Out of the box it would not hold a charge or operate with AA batteries installed. Only functioned while directly plugged into an outlet.

Great Value
easy to assemble. Super functional for what I needed it for. and great value for the money.

Avoid - constantly skips loops, ineffective
Complete piece of junk. Constantly skips the loop making the entire run useless , as the thread will unravel immediately. Save your money and avoid.
