Why can't the SATA SSD be recognized after installation?

When using an SSD for the first time, it needs to be formatted and partitioned first. You can use "Disk Management Tool" to format and partition the SSD, and then use it in "Windows Explorer".

Why is the actual capacity of SSD smaller than the advertised capacity?

Because the manufacturer's calculation method is 1TB=1000MB=1000000KB=1000000000B, and the computer system's calculation method is 1TB=1024MB=1024*1024KB=1024*1024*1024B, so the capacity you see is 1TB=(1000*1000*1000)/(1024*1024*1024)TB≈0.93TB.

How to copy data to a new SSD?

I have run SSD hard disks for many years. It is generally hard to get good performance until the USB 3.2 Generation 2 came out. This SSD has been identified by MS Windows and formatted to NTFS system with a GPT partition table. Hooked it to Linux Mint the drive works seamlessly. The write speed has surpassed 350MB/s in my case. The speed depends on the file size and small files can slow down the speed considerably. In USB 3.0 it is generally very difficult to have write speed exceeding 200 MB/s. So this Fanxiang SSD does delivered and at a knocked down price too. In the past I usually ordered my SSD directly from China and save quite a bit of money. Nowadays the price differential is small and Amazon is selling the same products at competitive price too.

Por lo tanto aún está en pruebas ya le diré después, ya tengo mas de un anio con un mes, de este ssd me salio muy bueno ,mucho mejor que un adata si se lo recomiendo agarrelo que ahora esta mas barato , que cuando lo compre si se lo recomiendo

Great so far as with it's 2TB nvme counterpart on another system. This has 286mbs read on a sata2 system - roughly equivalent to 560-572 on sata 3 and sits there idling at 21C - goes to 26c under test in an ambient room temp of 24C! A 5 year guarantee included & had another 41gb usable out of 2TB compared to the HDD it replaced!! I can see this brand being my go to storage in the future! Highly recommended 2TB for €93 !!
