Just buy it you need probiotics in your body and this is actually worth it. I mean, I usually wanna buy two bottles somehow I always run out one bottle less at least 2 1/2 weeks for me or just depends how many times you take a bath so I’ll take 2 to 3 a day if you trying to last for the whole month by two bottles
