I read this brow mascara makes the brow crunchy, so then will my brows break off my brow hairs?

Can i just exchange this for a different color? got the cool blonde but need the taupe!

This has happened to me a couple tomes over the years. When I received the packaging I just sent it back as a return explaining what happened. When I got the empty box I called Customer Service. They sent out the missing porosity at no additional charge. With these chatbots you'll have to select other or the equivalent so they understand they can't help you. It'll be alright they'll help you

this product is my addiction. I am a menopausal women fighting the good fight between fading brows and white brow hairs popping up. This product colors and controls my brows and doesn't set sticky or hard....it looks very natural. I wish it was a larger container but the price is so low I just buy a few at a time and leave them everywhere....there are days I leave the house an utter mess...but never without my brows in place! They really do frame your face and this is a super easy product to use. It is just a mascara wand. There is no odor or funky texture.
