I was really skeptical about this brand of yam cream as I can't even pronounce the name but I've reordered this exact one about 7-10 times. I have sometimes ordered a different brand in between but in most cases if i miss so much as 1 application of those other brands (even more expensive ones) I wake up with my clothes drenched in sweat. I can't explain how just fixing that one issue has improved quality of life. Also, I've tried some yam creams that I just cannot tolerate the smell of. This zuzuxia wild yam cream has ZERO fragrance! It's a thick cream but it soaks into the skin so well that after maybe 4 minutes there's just softness left behind, no greasy feeling at all. I put a pea sized amount on my lower abdomen and then another pea sized dollop in the fold of my arm or under my breasts or on my neck each day. It lasts so much longer than any of the other brands I've tried also so it's a great value. It's really an easy process so long as you remember to be consistent! Highly recommend!!

I hadn’t tried other wild yam creams before, but about two weeks into using this one, I had a surprising realization: I couldn’t remember the last time I’d had a hot flash or woken up drenched in sweat. Both symptoms had completely disappeared. One unexpected benefit: I had been experiencing a strange symptom during perimenopause — a persistent smell of something burning, like cigarettes or an electrical fire. Since starting this cream, that too has vanished. Now, several weeks in, I’m hot flash–free, sleeping better, more focused, and genuinely feeling like myself again. I understand that everyone’s body is different, but for me, this cream has been nothing short of transformative. The instructions recommend using it for three weeks followed by a one-week break. Around the second week, I noticed some mild breast tenderness, similar to premenstrual symptoms. Interestingly, during my off week, I experienced a light menstrual flow — very minimal, but still noticeable — which makes me think the cream is helping to rebalance my hormones. It is very oily, would like it better if it was creamier

I was so happy that this has natural ingredients. But it just never worked for me. I went back to one that cost around half the price but works great for hot flashes. I felt like this one didn't absorb due to having a beeswax base instead of a more traditional lotion/cream. I got no value out of this and threw most of it away.

It seems to work, I have less hot flashes since using it

I've only been using for about 3 weeks, and I've never had hot flashes so I can't really comment on the hormones but this is a really moisturizing cream and really nice for the neck area, especially if your skin is getting lines/creepy, likes mine is at 46. It doesn't have an added scent (just smells very faintly like a natural product) and a little goes a long way. I've been using this on my neck and the back of my hands and am very happy with it. At this rate, I think this hate will last at least 4-6 months.

I was intrigued by this product and have only been using it for a week or so now. I can certainly confirm that it seemed to have an immediate effect on my previously itchy arm! It had been driving me crazy for months and went away which I was not expecting. The main reason, however, for trying the cream was to attempt to control hot flashes which has yet to subside. I am hopeful to see results! To be clear, I applied the cream to the inside of my wrists and thighs; not directly on my itchy arm and used as directed.
