Will the 3M tape provided hold up to wind or rain? I have all thin plastic siding that cracks, can't use screws or nails.

3M adhesive can be used on walls other than glass surfaces; it is not recommended for other surfaces. And suggest combining rope to prevent the tape from being soaked in rain for a long time, causing the adhesive tape to deteriorate

I live in a hot and rainy day climate. Can these motion sensor solar lights withstand harsh weather conditions?

Solar motion lights outdoor s use heat-resistant materials and sealed construction, waterproof design boosts safety; Please avoid prolonged water exposure for longevity, and in bad rainy and dark weather, suggest use the mode2/3 to save solar energy

I live in the Pacific Northwest, how to ensure that products function properly in short days with limited sunlight?

Suggest using the third mode, which can greatly utilize solar energy and ensure that the motion sensor outdoor lights work properly

Is it normal that some motion sensor outdoor lights not on after receiving them?

If the motion sensor outdoor light has been in a dark area for long without absorb sunlight, it may not work. Please "charge it" under direct sunlight for 6 hours. Test after "charging". If the solar light still is not on, tell us for solve

I don't want the sensor mode; is there a constant illumination mode?

The light has sensor mode and constant light mode. You can switch between modes using the white button on the front of the light (there are three different modes).
