A great chair!!
This chair is an affordable and comfortable step between a manual chair and a big power chair. Our insurance wouldnโt cover a new chair yet so we bought this. Works great! The chair is very maneuverable, great speed control, comfortable. The joystick controller is responsive.

Close But No Cigar
EDIT BELOW- We have been on the fence on purchasing a Whill product since the day we found out about this company and its products. The main roadblock, like for most who are interested in Whill, is the price and no insurance assistance. We pulled the trigger and purchased this as a tester. Being that it was cheaper than the preferred Ci2 and more portable for quick trips around town. But the one thing we were worried about was that it didn't look like the user could transfer from the device to a separate chair or toilet without assistance. So without a test drive available in our area, we purchased and crossed our fingers. Hoping we would be able to find a way to use the device. Unfortunately, that was not the case. My wife is unable to transfer properly without assistance. Which takes away from her independence. Unlike the Ci2, the arms on the device do not move up and out of the way for transferring purposes. Even on a manual wheelchair, the arms come off for such purposes. Today is our second night with the device and we will test it out a bit more. But so far, her only complaint is not being able to transfer. Which bums her out because she says it feels so much better than her Pride Go-Chair. Better, both in sitting and emotional feel. She really likes it. I do hope that Whill can consider this in their next Fi model. It's not like it's impossible. Just make the part where the arms go into the sides, lower and closer to the seat so the user can get over the side. And make the remote easy to move out of the way. The non-remote side comes close to being able to do this. But if you have to transfer on the remote side, there is no way to do this. At least not that we can see so far. More testing to come. If tonight's testing doesn't go well, then we will be returning this and looking at options to get the Ci2. If it does, then I should be updating this review to 5 stars (pending). It was easy to assemble and takes up less space in our house than the Pride. it feels sturdy enough. We both would love to take this on plane trips as the folding / disassembly is less frustrating than a 3-piece device. Especially since loading into the back of the car has proven to be less of a pain. If we can just figure out the transferring from and to the device without assistance then we'd make this a keeper and be so happy. EDIT: So we have had this product for about a week now. We have taken it out on multiple outings. And we have decided to keep it. I am not changing the review from 4 stars, being that in order to use the restroom to transfer to a toilet while out and about is not the most ideal and needs to be fixed. But beyond that, my wife loves this device. A lot of pluses beyond her Pride Go-Chair. The charging lasts longer, placing it in the back of a vehicle is much quicker as well as lighter, the ride is smoother, the style is more appealing, the support on her legs is much better (not longer has to worry about her legs being spread apart), the seat is more comfortable. The only bad part is the arms not moving out of the way for easy transfer. I want to give this device 5 stars so bad. But this really needs to be fixed and I would like Whill to know that this is the only issue we have with their wonderful device.

Compact folding size and very manuverable
Variable speed settings and compact size gets access to most average floor openings. Turning radius is almost 360 degrees for forward and backward motion. Smooth operation even on awkward floors- either cement grass or asphalt

Add some features
I recommend that adding speedometer and speed controller to the wheelchair so driver can can manually operate the wheelchair

Too Heavy
It is far too heavy for a helper to pick it up
