I have pretty much always kept my keys clipped to my belt loop instead of in my pocked where they can weigh it down and put holes in it. I've usually used a small carabiner and though I would try something a bit more purpose built and not so utilitarian looking. These clips work well and look a bit more modern. The clip is strong and the key ring part is still plenty big for the keys I need to keep with me.

I haven't used these much since receiving them, but I can already tell they will last thru a lot of usage. The easy open/lock feature makes them a breeze to use. They are constructed of sturdy material and designed to hold up well. I just wish I came across these sooner.
