Llego rápido y de buena calidad, compré dos artículos y solo llegó este producto y ya no me respondieron en el reclamo

Incorrect size. Doesn't cover entire screen at all (I have the sonic mighty 8k, as listed exactly in the product name). Listed as 10.1in diagonally . Received ~9.7in protector in a 10.1in protector package. Not sure what happened here. ALSO does not stick to screen at all. Has no "adhesive properties" at all. Very confused? Manufacturing error? Mistake? Hoping that it can be corrected and I'll update my review. If that's possible
