I've used half a dozen of these over the years. Even 5yrs later, still no rust on the internals I coated. Ive done frames and A pillars/internal cab cavities mostly, but a few niche cases and its all turned out well with minimal prep. Thanks for a quality product eastwood It can be helpful to tape the end of the hose it sprays from to the end of a plastic flexible fishing line (the kind used to run electrical in the wall, not catch fish) but be prepared to wipe it down with mineral spirits to remove any paint on it. Or not... your tools. Use them how you want.

coats very well. The 360 spray wand makes sure that everything gets coated inside . Dries very fast to , just be careful not to be under a pinch weld when applying .It fines any gap and tends to drip . Other than that it works great . easy to use .

Great product that works precisely as advertised. Used it on the internal frame rails of a Jeep JKU. Use this in open air or an extremely well ventilated area!! Very potent fumes!

The application using the extension tube went MUCH better than my expectations! I had spent a couple of afternoons cleaning and examining the interior of the frame rails on my 2003 Jeep TJ. One side had a bit of flaking rust in a couple of places. Scraped, vacuumed, and used a small magnet on a wire to remove the loose materials. Flushed thoroughly with water to remove loose materials and especially to flush any remaining salt. Dried for 24 hours with fans in the garage. Threaded the extension tube into each section of frame and sprayed while slowly withdrawing the extension tube. No clogs, great spray pattern, and an excellent viscosity to penetrate and coat. Used a complete can in each rail making two passes in the rusted areas. I'm extremely pleased with the coverage and the quality of the application.

I like it, but I’m going to have to buy some gallons to do some frames.
