This is a niche product that's perfect for me. No caffeine. No drugs, vitamins, or supplements. Just a tiny pouch of cellulose and flavor. They work great for breaking habits and for keeping me from clenching my jaw or grinding my teeth. Nectr Zero pouches are only made to be used for 20-30 minutes before spitting out. I usually keep them for an hour or two. By hour two, the flavor is gone, but the bag holds up fine. All in all, I wish that the market for this kind of mint would grow because I have yet to find any other product that doesn't add caffeine or supplements. I just want the flavor and the benefit of an oral stimulant. Would recommend!

I used these pouches to get off of nicotine pouches and they helped immensely. I had tried other pouches but they all contained caffeine or weird "nootropics". That is fine for some people but I needed something I could use 10 a day and not have my heart explode from caffeine or my brain melt out of my head from "nootropics". These pouches were the answer. They are just flavor and that is it. The flavor is quite good, but strong. The only complaints are that they taste a little salty (kind like rogue pouches or velo pouches). Admittedly I was a zyn/Onn guy myself. Also the mint flavoring is very strong and it was a little intense and harsh at times. Keep that in mind if you are sensitive to strong mint flavorings. Overall, even with the extra intensity, I would recommend it to anyone looking for a pouch alternative without any caffeine or other mystery substances

These have a great flavor. I’m not sure how long it would last because they burn my gums so much I can’t keep it in for more than a minute or two. They are also bigger pouches and can’t sit comfortably in my lip. I continued using them because I didn’t want to waste them and now my gums are red and blistered.

I got the mint variety, and have used about half a can. They’re a little moist, the size of a zyn, and held up fine for an hour. They taste decent, kind of like peppermint or cool mint pouches. They have an insane burn though!!! Like, “omfg my mouth is so cold” and I have to take them out for a minute half the time. And I did notice a little irritation/blister-y spot. Probably from the menthol aspect. I was a regular user and never experienced those from other pouches 🤷🏻‍♀️ Whatever, those negatives make me not really even want them, which is great because I just got them for nights out when I usually want to cave and buy nicotine. Good for quitting, but I wouldn’t buy with the intention to use regularly.

Just Meh!! I wanted so badly to like these. If you’re looking for a cheeper alternative to Ultras? These are NOT it! The flavor is fairly noticeable. Like, you need to suck on it to taste it, “lacking that much flavor”. Luckily my husband is quitting nicotine and ultras are also an expensive habit so he’ll gladly use these while he quits the oral fixation feel. I’d say if you’re looking for inexpensive, no thrills and no flavor grab these. Otherwise save your cash.
