It came with cosmetic damage, as described so I wasn't expecting much but it was pretty great for what it was. The battery life can last a long time under light loads and about 2 hours under constant heavy loads. It's easy to use to do a lot of work because of it being setup well. I didn't expect it to have touch screen but it does and works well. The screen has a good adjustable brightness as well as auto adjustments. It's amazing value. The described quality damage is perfectly fine if you don't care about looks but functionality.

This is a nice little laptop for not a lot of money. Construction is sturdy and the hardware is decent for the price. Better than the Walmart loss-leader specials. Even in "Acceptable" condition, it looked almost new. I installed Fedora Linux 43 on mine and it works perfectly well.

I bought this bc it seemed like a great deal when a week before my fall semester my old laptop finally died for good. I got it today (classes start tonight) seems really nice turned it on and let it boot up then it starts beeping and blinking saying a critical error and the harddrive is not found. I call the sellers number on the card goes right to a generic voicemail everytime I call. I am very upset that I waited to get this and now I have to waste my time to return it because it doesnt work which is why I was leery of even buying this refurbished even in excellent condition but I only read the good reviews. Not good that you can't even reach the seller by phone or email. Will not buy from here again.

This little laptop has been the best value! I wanted something I could carry around without it weighing me down, and this is perfect. When it arrived, it took only minutes to get it up and running, and the battery life has been excellent. It runs fast and does everything I need it to do for work.

This is a VERY solid laptop for the price. I tested it for a day to make sure there were no issues. It performs well, the screen is in pristine condition, the battery lasted several hours of light, on/off use. The keyboard is clean and has no worn or sticky keys (it is the non-backlit version). The touch-screen works perfectly. I wiped the hard drive and installed a fresh Windows 11 Pro image after my testing, the embedded license auto activated right away so it's definitely a legit Win11 Pro license. There are a couple cons - a vinyl skin was added to the laptop, presumably to refresh the finish, which is fine, it's a nice finish and probably looks a lot nicer than whatever scratches might be on it, but they covered all the screws on the bottom. Not great if you want to upgrade or service it in the future, you'll have to cut or poke through the vinyl. I also smell the slightest hint of "the previous owner was a smoker" when the fan comes on. It's not a huge deal and can be expected from a used machine, I think I'm just a little extra sensitive to that smell, I used to repair computers and you could always tell. The laptop is advertised and pictured as coming with a CD drive. Mine didn't. Which is fine with me, I'll never need it and would honestly rather not have it. Finally, the included charger seems to work just fine, but it's a generic unbranded one so I don't fully trust it. Luckily it charges via USB-C so there's plenty of other options if you're picky about that.

I love my laptop! Since I bought it last year I haven't been decieved. It fell a few times but no scratch or issue with the processor. It works perfectly fine. Good value for your money!

Was hesitant to buy a used/referb laptop but very satisfied with the purchase from this vendor. Everything works perfectly. Incredible value. Just what I needed. Battery is in good condition.

My tablet came to me with a broken electrical cord which did not work. The computer itself works well, thus far. Not all components have been used.

So far no hiccups. Processing speed is fast and installation of other apps I wanted was a breeze. Sound is good and it easily connects via BT with my echo and phone. Overall no issue with it yet.

Voy a ser honesto: tenía muchísimas dudas de comprar una computadora reacondicionada. Me daba miedo que viniera fallando, golpeada o con la batería muerta. Pero me arriesgué con esta Dell Latitude 5420 y, sinceramente, ha sido una grata sorpresa. Lo Bueno: Potencia Real: Me llegó con un procesador i5 vPro y 16GB de RAM. La máquina vuela. Puedo tener Spotify, pestañas de navegador y programas de trabajo abiertos y ni se despeina. Se siente muy fluida. Estética: Sí trae algunos raspones leves por fuera (lo normal de uso), pero la pantalla, el teclado y lo de adentro están impecables. Como dicen: lo que importa es el motor. Velocidad: Prendes y en segundos ya estás trabajando. Nada que ver con equipos viejos. Lo "Realista" (El único detalle): Batería: Al ser usada, la batería no es nueva de paquete. Me está dando unas 4 o 5 horas de uso continuo. Para mí es suficiente y lo entiendo por el precio que pagué, pero tenlo en cuenta. A cambio, me llevé un procesador mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. Conclusión: Si estás dudando entre gastar miles de pesos más por algo nuevo o irte por esta opción, te recomiendo que te animes. Es una herramienta de trabajo profesional a una fracción del costo. Para mis proyectos personales y trabajo diario, quedó sobrada. ¡Recomendada! P.D. Funciona excelente la uso con un controlador de Dj y los stem funcionan perfectamente lo malo es que no funciona sin cargador

Excelente, todo a como se indica, viene en una caja generica, pero la laptop está perfecta sin ningún rasguño, se configuro sin ningun inconveniente.

No me sirvió porque no detectaba el DD y no se pudo configurar por tal motivo lo regresé y ahora estoy esperando mi devolución.
