Can someone link me to where i can get an acurate sized case for this guitar?

Yamaha makes a hard case, model number HC-AG2. The six-string version of this guitar fits very well in a classical guitar gig bag, but the headstock on this one may be too long

Is the guitar set-up before receiving?

Mine was set up perfectly when I received it. The action was just right, with no fret buzzing, and it was almost in perfect time. Many people think 12-strings are hard to tune, but this model had a built-in tuner with LEDs that make it very easy.

What is the exact nut width? (Inches)

The nut is 1-13/16 inches wide, or 46 mm.
