Can’t reach anyone for help.

The machine came perfectly as described! The only problems I’m having are the needle keeps breaking, bobbin thread showing on the top, machine ripping shirts.. I don’t think it’s a machine problem (I’m hoping) I just can’t get in touch with anyone or find anything in the links to help me fix the problems..
