Excellent quality and a well thought out design. Made in Korea...not China

Love their customer service, quality and design of the chair. No regrets, this is definitely one of the best purchase I’ve ever done.

Initially, this chair seemed like a good buy, but the seat padding has proven to be of poor quality. After only six months of use, it's practically as if you're sitting on the hard plastic below, offering little to no comfort or support. Dealing with the supplier for a resolution has been frustrating. They've asked me to jump through numerous hoops, demanding multiple photos and insisting on direct contact rather than handling it through Amazon's platform, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. Overall, I do not recommend this chair. The comfort level drops significantly after a short period, and customer service has been less than satisfactory. Look for a better quality option for your seating needs.

This chair is alright, once I added in a footstool and some arm rest pads. As it is the chair lacks the range of adjustments found in other chairs like the ones in my WeWork office. The arm rests don’t go high enough and the chair itself doesn’t go low enough. Wish I hadn’t bought it but not sufficiently displeased to return it :)

I went down the rabbit hole of trying to find an ergonomic office chair. I had been using an IKEA Markus for years and it was never great for me but I had gotten used to it. But the seat cushion, after years of heavy use, was pretty much flat so time to get a new chair. Didn't want to spend $1500 on a new chair so bought a Steelcase Leap v2 from Amazon. It's a great chair but felt small to me, and no headrest really is a problem - I thought I'd get used to it and I suppose I could have but not when I paid $1000 for it. Returned it (kudos to Amazon - made the process easy) and took a chance on this Sidiz T50. It's roomier than the Leap v2. Not as well made clearly but not cheap either. Keep in mind that every ergonomic, high quality office chair nowadays is way overpriced. This is a $300 chair that's going for ~$450. The Leap v2 is a $450 chair that is going for $1000+, etc. So if you buy any decent chair now you're overpaying unfortunately. On to the T50: headrest sucks but it's nice to at least have one. Chair looks great - much nicer than the Leap v2, which looked like a vanilla office chair - the kind you'd see in a conference room. The white/gray colorway of the T50 is excellent. Lots of adjustability. I thought I'd miss the 3d arms of the Leap but not really - the T50 is a few inches wider on each side so it feels roomier and thus I'm not fiddling with the armrests so much. Once every few days I might change the height or the angle just for a change. Also, and this is a big one - the Leap v2 was short in terms of max seat height. I'm 5'10" and I had it maxed out in height just to sit normally and it felt like it was still sleightly short. Bottom line: Sidiz T50 is overpriced just like every other office chair now. But it's the best value non-value I think.
