I ordered 3 packs.. will they all be the same or different?

They are "blind bag" toys Each cauldron has two suprise mixlings there are quite a few to collect so I would imagine you will get all different ones. It is the same concept as the LOL suprise dolls so you could end up with duplicates there is no way to tell until you open them.

Will this wand work with the crystal ball? My kid lost the wand for it before he even got it home but loves the toy

Hello Thank you for your question, the Mixling wands are not suitable to use withy our Crystal Ball. If your wand is lost, we recommend contacting our customer service on info@moosetoys.com, one of our team members will be more than happy to help you with your enquiry :) Kind regards Moose Toys

Has anyone's come defective? I bought 4 and have only opened 2 but both the gemstones on the front are already shown- don't need to be "revealed"

Please contact the Moose Customer Service Team on info@moosetoys.com for assistance

They list old and new versions...and prices are different. What is the difference?

Hello Thank you for reaching out! The new version on Amazon refers to the second season of our Mixlings range which was recently released :) We hope this will be helpful but if you have other questions, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team on info@moosetoys.com. Have a Super Moose day! Moose Toys
