are these the Bloom Hydro Mocs or the Regular Hydro Mocs?

The one's I have are the regular Hydro Mocs.

I wear size 11.5 US with all my foot wear. I bought this in size 12 and it was way too large, should I go all the way down to size 10?

No Depends on how you're gonna us it If anything your standard size or 1/2 size larger Wear inside for week or so so can return for fit if need be

What’s the difference between these and crocks?

These are more secure for use in surf and whitewater applications 😎
