Exactly as described. Used to replace an old washer that after twelve years had partially failed to seal when the flush was full. Five minutes to remove the old item and fit the replacement. Fits perfectly and does the job. No more drip, drip, drip sounds. Quality appears good and if it lasts half as long as the original it will have paid for itself several times over.

Perfect replacement on an Ideal Standard Playa flush valve that was about 13 years old. Having looked at the old seal I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did! Very easy 2 minute job to change the seal and stop water leaking into the pan. Twist the fkush valve off the cage, pop off the old white clip and black seal, then pop on the new one.

Just what we needed to stop the dripping in the toilet pan. Super easy to fit. Saved calling out a plumber.

Great fits and does the job very well. Save me a lot for getting a plumber.
