コーヒーにハマったのでとりあえず買える範囲で良いものと探してこちらにしました。 以前もっていたハンドミル(3000円くらいのもの)より軽い力でひけます。 粒もそろっているらしいです(AI判定笑) 挽きたてだからもありますが、コーヒーが美味しくなったと思います。 挽き目が選べるので、淹れながら好みに合ったところを探せます。ただ、1回もどして、数えながらカチカチするのは手間ですね。 それから、一度に入れられる豆の量がそんなに多くないので、大きいマグカップ2杯分とかだといっぺんには挽けないです。 まあ、のんびり時間を楽しむために淹れているので、そうした個性もまた良しです。

豆も入れやすく、力もいれやすく、挽いた粉も取り出しやすく、見た目もおしゃれで大満足です。

金属製の臼刃は切れ味が良いという評判を信じて購入しましたが、買って正解だったと思います。ストレスなく豆が挽けます。 休日の朝にお気に入りの珈琲豆で挽きたてを楽しんでます。

半信半疑でしたが、この音と感触、毎日触らずにはいられなくなりますよ。なんか、男心をくすぐるアイテムになりました。

自分で、挽いた珈琲を飲みたいと思い購入しました。 正直言うと、朝から豆を挽くのは面倒ですが、珈琲は美味しく飲めます☕️ こまめな手入れをして長く愛用しようと思います。

少し重量感ありますが手に持って挽けて使いやすい。もちろん綺麗に挽けます。 一度に挽けるのは2杯分です。

これまで某メーカーの2000円くらいで買えるものを使用してました。そのため、おいしい豆ならまだいいが、スーパーで売ってるものの中には、マズっとなるものも有りました。これで挽くと均等に挽けるし、浅挽だと引っかかりがあって重く感じてましたものが軽く挽けて満足。味もあれ？こんな味だったんだとわかります。上位モデルならもっとおいしいのかな？

Excelente produto! O resultado da moagem é uniforme e faz uma diferença imensa no sabor final do café! O moedor é robusto, muito bem feito e acabado, e simples de usar e manter.

I'm amazed at how much difference my coffee is when I use this grinder. The evenness of the moderately coarse grind I use keeps nearly all sediment out of my cup. It keeps the flavor from getting bitter and the feeling from being gritty. I think I now know what people mean by a "bright" cup of coffee. At first I was just looking for an alternative to a noisy electric grinder. After I did some research I decided it would be worth it to get a good quality grinder. I had limits to how much I was willing to spend, however, and I wanted biggest bang for buck which led me to this little C3S. The reservoir can hold what I use for one big mug of press coffee. It takes about one minute to grind that much. This is not a problem for me because I often like to drink only one fresh mug at a time. Cleaning is easy so I can come back in a few hours and do another without it being a time sink. If you want to quickly grind enough beans for a big pot you might want larger grinder. I first learned that some grinders are better for fine, espresso grinds and others are better for coarse grinds. This grinder is best for the coarse grinds that you use with filter and press coffee. I do French press mostly and pour over on occasion. the C3S is great for both. Other aspects of hand grinders I learned about were materials, burr size, and ease of adjustment. There are differences in grinder design that affect convenience. How you can take the grinder apart, store it, fold it up, etc. all impact the ease of use. This C3S is small, doesn't fold the handle down like some, but it can be taken apart easily and stored in a fairly small pouch. The material is all metal except for a silicone base which is actually really nice. When you set it down it's quiet and feels stable. This really does feel like a solid grinder that will last. One note on adjusting the fine to coarse settings: The instructions are not very helpful. It took me a while to realize I could tell the grind would be more coarse the further into the grinder the screw retracts. If the screw is sticking out or close to level with the surface of the twist adjuster, it will grind fine powder. Check out the photo I attached.

Excelente moedor. É mais um passo para quem quer adentrar ao mundo dos cafés especiais. Tenho um moedor elétrico mas a moagem não é uniforme como com esse moedor. Outro café! Se seu paladar estiver pedindo outras maneiras de extrair o café, esse moedor irá atender!
