I mean, I guess I don't really have my finances in order at the moment, but I have never really paid attention to prices and don't care much about money generally. Anyway, that said, if ahi jerkey wasn't so insanely ridiculously overpriced I would buy enough to have it daily, or every couple days. I bought this sample pack I'm reviewing ("Kaimana Jerky Ahi Tuna Sampler Bundle") and it was these extremely small like how do I describe this.. ok like picture a tiktok video where you've got someone who thinks they are funny putting stuff on their sleeping cat - they keep adding things and stacking it up and you've got this poor sleeping cat with stuff all over him and yeah ok I admit it's a little funny but is what about the dignity of the poor kitty? OK anyway, THESE ahi tuna pouches... you could probably put a thousand of them on a cat and not wake it up. I mean, I really think if you held it over the cat and let go, it might float. Like there is so little ahi jerky in these things, it's like those SNL skits where the guy is in a restaurant and they bring out a plate and it's some tiny portion, like comically small. Anyway Yeah this is not food, this is a weird like "essence of food flavor example pouch" thing. So, to tease yourself, you could get this, so you know what you're missing, but unless you are dramatically independently wealthy, you should just .. like just eat some normal tuna.

I really like the idea of the sampler pack for me to try all the different jerky flavors. I think all companies should do something similar to this. I hate wasting food if I happen not to like something. With that said I was pleasantly surprised by all these packets of jerky. They were all really good and tasty. The jerky was dry and soft but not to soft. The texture was perfect and I think the flavors were not overpowering but you could taste the hint of the seasoning on the jerky. You do not get a lot in each of the bags but barely enough to try them and find what you like out of the batch. I liked them all but some are better than others. I will not say which I prefer but I think everyone will have their own opinion on which pack is best. This sampler comes with Original Huy Fong, Sriracha Ahi Tuna Jerky, Teriyaki Tuna Jerky, Peppered Tuna Jerky, Lemon Peppered Tuna Jerky, & Original Tuna Jerky.

I get that this stuff is expensive, but cmon with the sample package sizes lol. It's barely enough to actually tatse anything. That said, the taste is ok for the stronger flavored varieties. The more plain options hoenstly smell exactly like my cat's favorite treats and she actually like the Original flavor more than me. IMO, the subtle difference in flavor and texture isn't worth the added expense.

Great tasting wish their were more bites in each sampler.
