It makes great garbanzo souffle which I serve with Harissa.

This ingredient is substituting for more and more in my recipes. At first, I thought it would take me a long time to use up what I bought previously, wrong! Thick or thin homemade cup-o-soup, sauces, to hold veg patties together, add protein to home made bread or cookies, meat batter just to name a few esp. since we are moving a way from tomato heavy sauces. If you find it has a slight bitter after taste for you, add a little sour by droper (citrus or vinegar) to balance it because not everyone's taste perception is exactly alike.

Very clean packaging with no spills/ powder getting anywhere. Used for baked goods with mixed success, would recommend for flavored stuff only since the chickpea taste isn’t for everyone.

The flour itself is very, very fine… and I’m sure would be great to make a number of dishes… What are some dishes you can make with chickpea-flour, well a variety of dishes, vegetable fritters, banana, bread, cupcakes, pancakes, crêpes, meatballs, pizza dough… Or even to thicken soups. but as part of my cosmetic routine, it worked fabulous!! BEST PART: There’s a seamstress I went to and I couldn’t help but be distracted by how beautiful her skin was so I asked her “do you do anything special?” Her Reply was that she uses Chickpea, flour Mixed with a little bit of water she takes a thin paste, put it on her face, but not necessarily around Eye area leave it on for a few minutes washes it off doesn’t use soap and hasn’t used in years… I tried it, and I couldn’t believe how it tightened my pores… just left my skin looking great!
