Easily the best whole bean decaf or decaf period I've had. It runs well in espresso machines, has a very noticeable pleasant taste even when diluted with milk. You could easily give this to someone and they would think its full caffeine coffee. Only downside is, $18 for 2oz is a decent amount to cough up, although it is a low-acid-decaf-whole bean- specialty coffee, so considering all of these factors plus the coffee tariffs raising all coffee prices by %30, it's actually a very reasonable price. Not to mention the bag is resealable and flattens down when air is pushed out, kind of creating a mini vacuum seal.

I now have had my third cup of Lucy Jo’s low-acid, decaf coffee and it is delectable. I will buy again. It is smooth yet rich, and has no bitter after-taste at all. It’s just a great cup of coffee. By the picture, it’s obvious I drink it iced but consider it equally as delicious hot. I added five cubes of unsweetened coconut milk that I freeze in ice trays and Vanilla Creme liquid Stevia to my taste. It mimics what I used to buy at Starbucks, even though it appears weak in color; it is not. I am not a multi-cup coffee drinker so when I have my one-cup a day, I expect it to be delicious. Lucy Jo’s is the one I will recommend. Now, the most important part: I have IBS and IC (if you have either God bless you) and HAVE HAD NO CHOICE but to give up coffee, even with taking Prelief. Now I can drink it! UPDATE NOVEMBER 8, 10 days later. I am even more satisfied today with Lucy Jo’s than when I wrote the original review after my third cup. I have changed to grinding just one heaping T of beans and brewing in my Keurig that had been sitting on the shelf for several years. Instead of using two scoops in a drip coffee maker I am using half as much in the Keurig which makes makes a bag last twice as long. I finely grind the beans and pack firmly into the removable basket that I bought years ago. Today, I asked my husband, who loves strong coffee, to taste and give me his opinion. He said it tastes like coffee- like a good cup of coffee that’s not decaf or low-acid. It does not give me stomach cramps or acid reflux. With Interstitial Crystitis I have been off of coffee for years. With Lucy Jo’s I’ve had no problems. I am thrilled to be able once again to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee EVERY day. I highly recommend!

Good rich, kind of non-descript, darker roast Decaf. It’s good on its own but is really superb for mixing in with many of my other full caf dark roast bean varieties to create my own “half-caf” or “3/4-caf” blends. Allows me to keep the distinctive tastes of my full varieties yet still reduce the caffeine.

This was exactly what I was looking for: a mellow, low acid decaf coffee that still has a lot of body. It brews well and produces nice crema in my espresso machine. I just wish it was a bit less expensive -- but compared to store bought coffee, it's a great deal.

I can't really handle caffeine like I used to, but I still love the taste of coffee. This bag of Lucy Jo's coffee is wonderful. It has no acidity and after suffering from GERDS for over 10 years, coffee used to bother me a lot, even decaf coffee would give me heartburn. Lucy Jo's decaf does not. I recommend this coffee to those who are like me and can't handle the caffeine or the acidity of regular coffee. I got a coffee bean grinder off of Amazon: https://amzn.to/3SzrfDu for a very good price and these beans ground up very nicely and made several wonderful cups of coffee in a Coffee Maker that I also got here on Amazon: https://amzn.to/3ubWHO4. I put the ground coffee in an airtight container and now I'll have several mornings of wonderfully tasting, heartburn-free coffee.
