First mixer grinder arrived with a missing clip in the jar cap — because who doesn’t love a “DIY accessories pack” on delivery day. Contacted Atomberg support on WhatsApp — they responded like a very polite robot whose only mission was to redirect me to Amazon. Sent an email with feedback — got a reply a few days later asking for order details Got a replacement — plot twist: the “defective” one was born in April 2026, while the replacement proudly hails from October 2025 (time travel edition included). Replacement model also doubles as a mini earthquake simulator. Without suction cups, it looks like it’s planning its escape from the kitchen counter. Everything is fine. Chutney jar is little big for two people. I suggest the manufacture to make a option with Chutney jar suitable for 500 ml and 250 ml.
