Contacted Atomberg support on WhatsApp — they responded like a very polite robot whose only mission was to redirect me to Amazon. Sent an email with feedback — got a reply a few days later asking for order details Got a replacement — plot twist: the “defective” one was born in April 2026, while the replacement proudly hails from October 2025 (time travel edition included). Replacement model also doubles as a mini earthquake simulator. Without suction cups, it looks like it’s planning its escape from the kitchen counter. Everything is fine. Chutney jar is little big for two people. I suggest the manufacture to make a option with Chutney jar suitable for 500 ml and 250 ml.

Good product but with few drawbacks like the cap of lid comes out very quickly and their is no shake jaar.
