Monbana Trinkschokolade habe ich in Pariser Hotels für mich entdeckt, wo kleine Portionsbeutel das frz. Frühstücksbuffet perfekt abrundeten. Daheim haben wir uns dann Paris "ins Haus geholt" und trinken seitdem Monbana Trinkschokolade anstatt Hachez. Die Trinkschokolade hat einen sehr natürlichen, kräftigen Geschmack, ist leicht und nach Belieben (angegebene Menge an Pulver ist mit persönlich zu bitter) zu dosieren und klumpt nicht (wenn die Milch zuletzt aufgegossen wird). Man kann den fertig verrührten Kakao auch aufkochen lassen, dann wird er cremiger und dickflüssiger (erinnert an schweizer heiße Schokolade). Mit der 1kg Dose ist deutlich zu sparen, aber eben nicht am Kakao, denn der reicht für eine Weile (für 50-55 Tassen laut Angabe)! Gerade ein Spar-Abo kann ich generell bei Monbana Produkten empfehlen!

Ich bin ein großer Freund von Schokolade und Kakao. Von allen Fertigmischungen gefällt mir die Monbana "Salon de thé", denn sie enthält nur drei Zutaten: Zucker, Kakaopulver (32 %) und Vanilleextrakt. In heißer/warmer Milch löst sich das Pulver klumpenfrei auf. Einfach ein paar Löffel rein, kurz umrühren, ein wenig warten, dann nochmal umrühren. Das Ergebnis schmeckt schön schokoladig und rund. Leider finde ich den Kakao etwas zu süß, daher einen Stern Abzug.
