it’s a little rough, but it works well
I guess I have tender lips because when I first started using it, it was rough and I bought my daughter-in-law and my daughter some too and they both love it. The granules in the sugar is a little rough, but it actually does a good job.

Doesn't stay on for long. Also, neither smells nor tastes like watermelon. Smells like unscented lip balm. Wouldn't reorder.
